Other Ministries
In addition, the Council conducts or partners in the following ministry programs:
- Alcoholics Anonynmous - meets weekly each Sunday from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM.
- Compeer - partners volunteers with the mentally challenged.
- CROP Walk - organized annually to raise money for food and relief supplies worldwide; 25% remains in the Hanover area.
- Narcotics Anonymous - meets weekly each Saturday at 7:00 PM.
- Radio Broadcast - broadcasts church services taped by local churches
- State Park Chaplaincy - helps secure chaplain for state park summer ministry program.
- Stolte Scholarship Fund - assists in distributing memorial scholarships to students preparing for full-time church-related vocation.
- Sunday Worship Service - A non-denominational service is offered at 136 Carlisle Street each Sunday at 10:30 AM. All are welcome to attend.
- Turning Point - a collaboration of community-based agencies seeking permanent solutions for the area's homeless through transitional housing.
